1.Installing the Batteries

To insert batteries, take the motion sensor lid,

turn upside down and locate the battery compartment on the underneath.

Insert 3*D cell batteries, ensuring they are inserted the correct way and replace the cover.

2.Switching on operatioin

With a bin bag and the press ring installed, place the motion sensor trash can lid onto the assembly.

When your hand or debris is within 20cm directly over the motion sensor, the infrared sensor will activate and the lid will closed 5 seconds after the infrared sensor is not abstructed.
