Shot blasting is carried out after fabrication, thus ensuring that all items are thoroughly cleaned, prior to the application of paint. Painting is then carried out in a purpose built controlled environment.

Louvers are made up of steel or aluminium and are available with variable designs. The blades of louvers are designed in such a way that it helps in air ventilation and also restricts dust and water to enter inside the building.
